Twins

*names have been changed*
So, first post about kids it's about my twin girls. I watch them three days a week for a few hours in the morning. They are three months old, and their Mom loves them. But she helps out with her husband's business, spends time with her other daughter, and just needs to run errands occasionally. Anyways, Cassie has colic. That basically means she is very fussy, spits up a lot, and likes to be held. Luckily Stephy is really easy. She needs to be fed and changed, and sometimes talked to while I'm holding Cassie but most of the time she can entertain herself and put herself to sleep.
Stephy, last week rolled over for the first time! I was actually helping wash a few bottles, and their Mom was writing my first paycheck. I heard her fussing and glanced in to see her on her stomach. Seeing as how neither one of us turned her.. Well, needless to say, her Mom took her picture and entered it into her baby journal for them!
Cassie has made a lot of improvement since I started. She seems to be happy more often and better when I put her down. Since I started working with them, Cassie has switched formula and some lady came over to do... Something... I must say, I'm not a believer in that stuff. She came over and kept on talking about their auras and how she knew what they wanted. She was supposed to be doing exercises (Cassie's neck is weak and she favors one side) and something else. Honestly, all she did was let Cassie squirm around, and then at one point gave her feet pressure so she could push that way. Cassie did make improvements that day.. but I think it was the new formula that she had started that day.
Yesterday was an off-day. Cassie was happy almost all day, Stephy was the cranky one. Cassie was fine in the swing, except for when I was feeding her or changing her. Stephy on the other hand, cried a lot. I held her most of yesterday. I'm just glad Stephy's off-day was a day that Cassie seemed to cooperate with. :)
